XML export
On the "Products" - "Import/Export" - "Export" page, it is possible to generate XML links for services such as Prom, Hotline, Rozetka, Price.ua, generate a universal link, as well as XML feed for Google Shopping (Merchant) and Facebook Product Catalog.
All the mentioned types of export are available on rental packages Turbo Sales and Solomono Pro. Exporting goods for Prom is also available on the Basic package.
On the page of the selected type of export, you will see the following switches:
- Active products
- Products with XML active status
- Products with stock availability
Active products
If the "Active Products" switch is turned on, only products and categories with an active status will be included in the XML export, that is, only those that are displayed on your site.
If this switch is turned off, all products and categories, regardless of their status, will be included in the file.
The status of a product or category can be set on the product catalog page (green button on the left) - more about this can be found at the link.
Products with XML active status
Similarly, if the "Products with XML active status" switch is turned on, only products and categories with an enabled XML export status will be included in the XML export.
If this switch is turned off, all products and categories, regardless of their XML export status, will be included in the file.
The XML export status for a product or category can also be set on the product catalog page (green button on the right). More about this can be found at the link.
Products with stock availability
If the "Products with stock availability" switch is turned on, only products that are in stock will be included in the XML export.
If this switch is turned off, all products, regardless of whether they are in stock or not, will be included in the file.
After setting the switches, select the main export language and press "Copy" next to the generated link. Now you can open it, check the content, and use it.
