Work with feedback (Reviews)
To work with reviews on the site, select the "Content / Reviews" item in the top menu:
For the site administrator, a page with all reviews will be available, which will allow him to quickly respond to all new reviews. There is also functionality that allows you to edit and delete current reviews. In the store settings, in the my store tab, it is possible to prevent unregistered users from leaving reviews.
The following actions are available for reviews: “Add”, “Change”, Delete ”. When you click on the "Change" button, a form for editing will open in front of you - it displays: Name, Review text, Language ID, Product ID, Review rating, Date.
After finishing editing comments, click the "Apply" button:
