Why are emails not being received after connecting your own domain? (dkim, dmarc, spf)
Note! To ensure that email sending works correctly from our server after connecting your own domain, you need to add additional data in the DNS settings of your domain.
- Add TXT record "v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; pct=100" for dmarc.your_domain_name
- Add TXT record "v=spf1 a mx ip4:91.107.203.133 -all" for your_domain_name, (or simply "@"). If the record already exists, replace the ip inside with "ip4:91.107.203.133"
- Add TXT record for mail._domainkey.your_domain_name. To fill in this field, send us a request at support@solomono.net, we will generate this value manually and send it to you with further instructions
