Setting minimum values

In the admin panel of your store, there are a section "Settings" → "My Store", where you can set minimum requirements for entering information in certain fields. This is useful for ensuring correct interaction between customers and the store’s system.

Minimum values refer to the limited number of characters a user must enter when filling out a form. They help prevent errors and ensure data accuracy. For example, to avoid incomplete phone numbers or excessively short names.

Requirements for setting minimum values:

  • The phone number must be at least 10 characters long. This ensures that the number is complete and contains no errors.
  • The name must contain at least 3 characters. This helps avoid overly short and incorrect names.

If the customer enters fewer characters than set in the settings, the system will automatically notify them of the error and ask them to correct the entered data.

In addition to the minimum number of characters for fields, you can also set a minimum number of products displayed in blocks on the store’s pages. This applies to blocks like "Best Sellers," "Also Purchased," and "X-Sell".

These settings allow you to control how many products are shown to the customer at once, which affects the convenience of browsing the catalog.
