SalesDrive Module

Want to manage all orders in one program? The SalesDrive module is the integration of the SalesDrive CRM system into your store. This tool allows not only to conveniently keep records but also to improve sales efficiency through process automation.

The SalesDrive module is available in the Pro rental package.

How to set up the SalesDrive module integration with your store on the SoloMono platform?

First of all, you need to register on the SalesDrive platform using this link, or use the login form if you already have an account. After that:

  1. Click on the "Settings" section.
  2. In this section, select "General settings and integrations".
  3. Go to the "Other services" tab.
  4. Click on the "API" section.

After that, you need to download the "API.txt" file by clicking the "Download API instructions in txt" button.

In the "API.txt" file, scroll to the bottom of the file. You will need any of the keys in the "Form-Api-Key" section.

Copy your domain address on the SalesDrive website (up to the "/").

After that, in the admin panel of your site, go to the "Modules" - "CRM integration" page and paste the copied value into the "Domain" field on the "General settings" tab.

Copy the API key and paste it into the "Key" field.

To synchronize your database with your SoloMono store, you need to export the database in YML format in your SalesDrive cabinet. To do this, go to the "Products and services" settings and click on the "Export YML" tab. Then click "Add YML export" set it up as you need, and click "Save".

After saving, a "Download YML export" button will appear under the name of your file. For convenience, we recommend activating the "Enable YML export via link" parameter and copying the created link. This link needs to be inserted into the admin panel of your site on the "Products" - "Import/Export" - "Import" - "XML (YML)" page, then press "Enter." By clicking on the "Schedule" button, you can plan the time and frequency of database synchronization between the services, and by clicking on the "Parameters" button, you can specify additional parameters for synchronization.

To display the product statuses correctly, you need to synchronize the statuses of SalesDrive and SoloMono. To do this, go to the "Modules" - "CRM integration" - "Order statuses" tab. In the left column, you will be able to see the statuses that are in the SalesDrive system, and in the right - in the SoloMono system, and choose which status corresponds to which. 

On the "Payment Methods" tab, you will also need to specify the correspondence of payment methods. Similarly with the delivery methods on the "Delivery Methods" tab.
