SalesDrive Module

Do you want to manage all orders in one program? The SalesDrive module is an integration of the SalesDrive CRM system into your store. This tool allows you not only to conveniently keep records but also to improve sales efficiency through process automation.

SalesDrive module is available in the Pro rental package.

How to configure the SalesDrive module integration with your store on the SoloMono platform?

First of all, you need to register on the SalesDrive platform using this link, or use the login form if you already have an account. After that:

  1. Click the "Settings" section.
  2. In this section select "General settings and integrations".
  3. Go to the "Other services" tab.
  4. Click the "API" section.

Copy the API key.

Add it to the SalesDrive settings in your store’s Admin Panel.

Copy your domain address on the SalesDrive website (up to the "/" mark) and add it to the SalesDrive settings in your store’s Admin Panel.

Then add it to the SalesDrive settings in your store’s Admin Panel and click Save.
After saving the settings, wait a few minutes while the module synchronizes with SalesDrive.

To synchronize your database data with your SoloMono store, you need to export the database in YML format in your SalesDrive account. To do this, go to the "Products and Services" settings and open the "YML Export" tab. Then click "Add YML Export", configure it as needed, and click "Save".

After saving, the "Download YML export" button will appear under the file name. For convenience, we recommend enabling the "Enable YML export by link" option and copying the generated link. This link should be inserted in the admin panel of your website on the page "Products" - "Import/Export" - "Import" - "XML (YML)", then press "Enter". By clicking the "Schedule" button, you can set the time and frequency of database synchronization between the services, and by clicking the "Parameters" button you can specify additional synchronization parameters.

For correct display of product statuses, you need to synchronize the statuses of SalesDrive and SoloMono. To do this, go to "Modules" - "CRM Integration" - tab "Order Statuses". In the left column you will see the statuses available in SalesDrive, and in the right column those in SoloMono, where you can set the correspondence between them.

On the "Payment Methods" tab you will also need to specify the correspondence of payment methods. The same applies to delivery methods on the "Delivery Methods" tab.
