Privacy policy and agreement on the processing of personal data

The Solomono team takes the security of the personal data of our clients, potential clients and other persons who have contacted us seriously, and therefore strives to protect the confidentiality of your personal data. Data processing takes place in strict accordance with the requirements of the current legislation and only if there are legal grounds for such processing.

The confidentiality agreement was developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" and other regulatory acts of Ukrainian legislation governing legal relations related to the collection, processing, storage of personal data, as well as the right of citizens to non-interference in personal life and the right to self-expression .

The processing of personal data takes place only if one of the conditions referred to in Article 6 of the GDPR is met, including, but not limited to:

• Consent to the processing of your personal data;
• processing is necessary for the provision of services to you;
• such processing is required by the laws of the countries in which you are located.

 

Consent to the processing of personal data is made when registering users on the site, when you click the "Register" button after, go directly to the registration form, where in the line after confirming the password there is an icon with a checkmark "By registering you agree with" where in the phrase "terms of use of the store"

The specified text is managed through the administration panel: "Content" -> "Pages" -> "Privacy Policy", when you click on the edit icon, you can change the text yourself.

Also, when placing an order in the form, when you click on the text, under the "checkout" button, the "user agreement" block is placed by default:
