Type of work
Solomono
Freelancer
Coordination, Planning, Communication, and Management
Experienced project managers, always available.
Often busy, inconsistent, lacks proper planning, no clear agreements or terms of cooperation.
Development, Experience
We assign a specialized, experienced developer to each task and provide them with a clearly outlined task description.
Each new task or functionality is approached from scratch, significantly increasing development time.
Testing
All tasks go through three testing stages before being deployed: 1) senior developer code review, 2) QA specialist check, 3) client review.
Cannot fully test their code, unsystematic testing, direct deployment to the live site, often leading to undesirable consequences and urgent fixes.
GIT and Deployment
Most projects operate via the GIT versioning system, allowing a full history of changes and the ability to revert to any point. Two site versions are often used: production (live site) and dev (testing site for updates before deployment).
Usually works alone, directly via FTP, with no history or proof of changes. Troubleshooting is often done blindly. If using GIT, tasks are handled sequentially, prolonging the overall completion time.
Bug Fixes
Bug fixes are handled promptly, free of charge, within 12 months.
Reluctant to provide free fixes, often unavailable, busy with other projects or personal matters.
Guarantees
18 years of experience, guaranteeing service, consistent communication, prompt bug fixes, and readiness for new tasks even after years of cooperation gaps.
May offer guarantees, but lacks a personal website, reviews, or reputation (except for reviews on freelance platforms).
Work Scope
For each task, we select a narrowly specialized and experienced developer from our staff and provide them with a clearly defined technical assignment. If necessary, we take care of finding additional specialists.
Does not cover a wide range of tasks; additional freelancers are needed for specific tasks (designers, content managers, developers, testers).
Rates
67$/hour for experienced specialists.
10-30$/hour, which, due to inefficiencies, often results in tasks taking 3-4 times longer and increasing costs.
