Such a shopping cart interface will allow customers of your online store to: it is easy to control the cost of the order and the quantity of the selected goods; quickly check if all the necessary products have been selected and proceed to checkout; easily remove unnecessary items or, on the contrary, add some positions.

This is a setting for the store administrator, in the admin panel you can set the minimum cost from which users can make purchases. If the price is lower, then the order can't be confirm and the user will be shown a message about this on the checkout page.
