Yes, it is possible if the 'Multicolor' module is available on your rental package. In the admin panel "Catalog" -> "Attributes". added a button in the "change product image" column

you need to enable “change color” in attribute settings

and in the catalog when editing a product, a new field for uploading pictures appears:

where you can add a photo of the desired product color.
