Remember the movie "Back to the Future"? In one of the parts, the main character was worn with an almanac, where the winners of the sport for a certain period were indicated. The interest in this little almanac was clear: find out in the future which team won, travel back in time and put all the money on this player to swim in wealth.
So today this almanac may well replace the Google Trends service. Of course, you will not see Bitcoin rates there (although who knows), but it is quite possible to predict growing demand. How to identify the demand for seasonal goods today? Where to get analytics on trends? What are people looking for and what are they interested in? Take a review on Google Trends (Ukraine).
Google Trends is Google’s free service, which shows trends in key queries for a specified period of time. In the settings you can set the following parameters:
• Tongue
• Region
• Period of time
So, go to the service, which is located at https://trends.google.com.
Already on the first screen you can see the search line and the most popular queries. The default setting is for the United States of America. To set up Google Trends Ukraine, select the desired region from the list.
Next comes a block on recent stories and statistics. By clicking the "Details" button, we go to the "Topics that have become popular in 2019" page. Choose a region and see which requests were extremely popular in 2018.
Next is the section "Actual". In this block, you can see the data on the most relevant queries recently. This section is useful if you want to touch on the hottest and most interesting topics for users, to increase the coverage and involvement in their posts.
Well, then we move on to more accurate tools, namely the analysis of a specific search query.
In the search box, you must enter the key request for which you want to track the dynamics. For example, enter the search query "Bed linen". We see in the chart how the demand has changed over the past 12 months.

The type of request can be in pictures, on news, on products or in You Tube.
Going down below you can track the dynamics of popularity by region and look at the “More on topic” block. In the last block, you can also make settings and choose to display by trend or search query leaders, load data into a csv file, embed code or share a link with your marketer or SEO manager.
How to work with Google Trends:
1. If you enter a query without quotes, you will receive all variations that contain this key query.
2. If you enter a search query in quotes, then similar queries will be excluded, however, queries with additional words will be included, for example, “silk bedding” or “buy bedding Kharkov”.
3. If you enter a search query with a minus "-", then you can enter a minus word. Then you can track the dynamics on demand with the exception of minus words. For example, the query “bedding –JYSK” does not suit us, so we exclude it from the search.
4. If you enter a search query with a “+”, you can add additional words or synonyms that suit us. For example, "bed linen + ranfors."
Note. After the symbol - + you do not need to make a space, immediately enter an additional word.
Now you already know how to work with Google Trends correctly, but the service tools do not end there. At the very top there is also the “+ Compare” tool. You can add 4 more requests. On our topic is suitable also "sheet", "pillowcases", "blanket", "pillows". Now let's compare all the graphs, they are each marked by their color.
An interesting picture appears before our eyes. Trends for “sheet” and “pillowcase” requests are close to 0, but at the request for “pillows” all year round remains relevant, as is the request for “bed linen”. The popularity of the request "blanket" fell in the period from September 23 to November 24. Obviously, this is a turning point before switching on the heating season. But in December, the popularity of the query began to fall.
The requests can be filtered. Click near the query for three points. A menu will appear in which you need to click "Select filters". You can filter the request here by region and by time.
Chip. You can pick up a similar query from the drop-down list. The tool is similar to the usual Google search box where you can find tips.
