Project: Yevhen Klopotenko is a well-known Ukrainian chef, culinary expert and entrepreneur who is actively working on food reform in Ukraine. He rose to fame after winning the fifth season of the MasterChef show in 2015, which was the start for his career in cooking. His work is aimed at popularizing Ukrainian cuisine and improving food culture in educational institutions.
One of Klopotenko's key projects is the New School Meals initiative, which aims to change the menu in school canteens, replacing familiar dishes with healthier, balanced options. He has developed a collection of recipes for schools, in which the proposed dishes comply with the new sanitary norms and recommendations of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. With the support of the government and a team of experts, the project is being implemented throughout Ukraine, changing the nutrition system in thousands of educational institutions.
Klopotenko is also involved in the New Culinary Education project, aimed at updating the training of chefs in vocational schools. He and his CultFood team are working on reforming training programs and conducting trainings for young professionals, raising the standards of culinary education in the country. These projects help to develop the qualities of Ukrainian cuisine and support the formation of healthy eating habits among children and young people.
Objective: the idea of the project is to popularize centuries-old Ukrainian cuisine, with an emphasis on the fact that different regions of the country cook differently. And also - to enter the international market with the products.
Tasks:
Integration of CMS SoloMono with the full-field system allows you to automate the process of order delivery. In the admin panel of SoloMono automatically generated by New Post, which greatly simplifies the shipment. The system also promptly updates the status of the parcel, instantly informing customers about its movement, which improves customer experience and allows them to track delivery in real-time.
As soon as a user enters the site, it is possible to immediately select a market that is characterized by certain types of products and recipes.
The next thing that has been implemented is an interesting filter by region. This way the user can select the region whose dish he wants to try, and also pick up the goods by weight, volume, price and brand. It is possible to sort the goods by alphabetical order, popularity, price.

Our UX/UI design partners worked on every page of the online store. For example, on one block you can see the history of the main traditional dish of Ukraine.
Specialists have developed a design for mobile devices so that shopping can be done anywhere at a convenient time. The mobile version of the online store allows all Ukrainians who support culture, traditions, and cuisine to quickly and conveniently order ready-made dishes.
Thanks to the intuitive interface, this project allowed users to shop 2 times faster. The visual style emphasizes ease and accessibility, and the designers' approach to accessibility made the app user-friendly for everyone.
A minimalistic style was chosen for the project, emphasizing products and product information. Important elements were highlighted with a brighter color that stands out well against the background in light shades. The following color palette was chosen: fcf0d8, f6f1ec, b61722, dbc8b3, 1f784d, 93dfb1, fed9d9, 0f5734, c2d48f, ffd05a, d7e5af.
Implemented IP telephony, which gives significant benefits to customers of the online store. Thanks to IP-telephony integration, customers can receive support faster, as all calls are recorded and forwarded to responsible managers. This improves service responsiveness, reduces waiting times and allows communication history to be saved to improve interactions. Customers also receive personalized assistance, as the system immediately provides the manager with information about previous orders and requests, which contributes to better service and increases trust in the store.
We have integrated Mono Checkout into our CMS. This allows customers to pay for goods using a Monobank card. The payment process becomes faster, simpler, and more convenient as users can use the familiar interface of the bank to make payments. Thanks to this integration, customers can pay in just a few clicks, which significantly reduces checkout time and increases the security of transactions and the level of trust in the online store.
The product card contains data about the manufacturer and the region from which the dish is made. There are four tabs on the page:
All this is done so that users can not only learn about the composition of the product, but also learn about the history of the dish, to spread their knowledge about the origin.
To increase the security of user data, a system of one-time OTP passwords that are sent to the cell phone was added.

We added the ability to play videos on the main banners of the page, which makes the site more interactive and attractive. By clicking on the button, users can view the video, which gives the page a dynamic feel and gives a deeper sense of the brand's style and atmosphere. It's a familiar format that users are used to seeing from Eugene on his YouTube channel, which creates a sense of intimacy and consistency in the brand's communication with the audience.
In our project of creating an online store for Eugene Klopotenko, we realized a multifunctional platform that combined modern technologies and devotion to Ukrainian culinary traditions. Thanks to innovative integrations - full-field system, IP-telephony, one-time password system, and Mono Checkout - we have created a user-friendly tool that provides fast ordering, prompt delivery, reliability, and security of purchases.
Designers and developers paid special attention to UX/UI, so that every detail - from filters to interactive banners - improves user experience, creating a feeling of familiar and convenient service. In addition, integration with video content enhances the site's dynamism and establishes a deeper connection with the audience, who appreciate Eugene's creativity.
