Thanks to this module, the user will be able to receive either the strictly specified amount of the discount, or a percentage of the discount from the amount of the goods, or free shipping. The system works as follows - when placing an order, the user enters the promo code known to him in the "Coupon" field, which is located above the total cost of the product, and clicks the apply button - then there is a recalculation according to the set parameters in the administrative part of the store and from the total amount he receives a discount what the green prompt corresponds to with the color "Congratulations! You have entered the correct coupon! " Or if the coupon does not fit or the coupon has expired, the user will see the inscription "Invalid coupon code". In the administrative part of the store in the menu item "Modules" -> "Coupons" you can flexibly configure this module. The following settings are suitable for the module: - Coupon name - serves as a field for the administrator so as not to confuse different coupons. - Coupon code - the phrase itself, upon entering which the user will receive a discount. You can enter the coupon code yourself, but if you leave this field empty (you just do not fill in this field), the coupon code will be generated automatically. - Coupon denomination - you can specify either the coupon amount (just specify the amount in numbers, for example, to make the coupon amount $ 100, just write "100"), or the discount percentage (specify the percentage that will be given to the customer who used the coupon when placing an order, for example to give a 10% discount, just write "10%"), using this coupon, the buyer receives either a deduction of the coupon amount from the total order amount, or receives a discount from the total order amount, depending on what you specify in this field , either the deduction amount or the discount percentage. - The amount of the minimum order - you can limit (or you can not limit) the validity of the coupon to the minimum order amount, i.e. if the order amount is less than the amount specified in this field, then the coupon cannot be applied to this order, only for orders above the specified amount. Skip this field if you do not want to set restrictions. - Free Shipping - Check this box if you want the customer using the coupon to checkout to receive free shipping on their order. Attention. This option cannot be used in conjunction with the "Coupon value", i.e. you cannot immediately give the buyer a deduction of the amount (or discount) on the coupon and at the same time free shipping, only one thing, or a deduction (or discount), or free shipping. This option takes into account the "Minimum order amount", i.e. For example, you can give a customer using a coupon free shipping only if the amount of his order is higher than the one you specified, or you can choose not to limit the amount of the minimum order and give free shipping to everyone who uses the coupon when placing an order. - How many times a coupon can be used when placing orders - The maximum number of times that a coupon can be used, do not fill in this field if you do not want to restrict the validity of the coupon. - How many times a coupon can be used by one customer - The maximum number of times a coupon can be used by one customer, leave this field blank if you do not want to limit the validity of the coupon. - Coupon is valid only for specific products - You can limit the coupon validity only for specific products in your online store by listing product codes separated by commas.
