The customer base is an ordered data system with contact information. It helps to work with each contact in a targeted manner: you know exactly to whom and at what moment to make a profitable offer that will lead to a sale. The customer base and competent work with it provide competitive advantages for the company: the quality of the collected information affects the quality of service. You can track requests and create personalized offers. Satisfied customers can recommend your services to their friends and thereby increase the base. In order to add a new client through the admin panel, go to the section "Clients" -> "List of clients" -> "+", enter the required data and click the "Save" button. You can send notifications to clients, edit data, delete from the database, assign a group to them. To do this, use the Actions menu.

In the store, for each product, a price is set, which is displayed on the product card and participates in the calculation of the total cost of the order. On the Solomono platform, a module "Mark-up or hiding prices for unregistered users" has been developed. At your discretion, you can make an extra charge to the retail price of the goods for ordinary visitors to your online store, or not show prices at all. But, for registered customers who are logged in, the prices of the item will be shown depending on which customer group they belong to.  That is, for different categories of buyers, you can display your price. In order for the user category to be determined by the system, the user must enter the site using his login and password. The module is managed through the administration panel: -> "Settings" -> "My store".

Each site and online store should have its own repository for media content. It will be easy to manage media content using the file manager. The tool allows you to: Quickly upload pictures and videos to the site from a folder on your computer; Download media content by link; Move / Delete / Edit files; Quickly find the required file by name; Sort all files by name, date, size With the help of the file manager, managing the photo and video content of the online store will be easy for both managers and programmers. In the directory, you can immediately configure the display of files. When you check the & nbsp; checkbox next to the "Thumbnails" item, all files will be displayed in the preview. This makes it even easier to find the photo you want. Going to the "folder with photos", right-click on any of them, and you can rename, save, resize a picture, delete, select, view, select a thumbnail right in the file manager.
