5 key aspects of UX design for eСommerce

UX (User Experience) design aims to simplify, facilitate user interaction with the product.  In eСommerce, a product is an online store.

The emphasis on CTA elements will significantly increase sales. CTA buttons can be placed both in the product card and on the main page of the online store and on the banner.  As a rule, clicking on the CTA button should end the entire user's journey, from getting to know the site to completing the targeted action.

4. UX copywriting

UX copywriting is gaining popularity today as much as UX design.  UX copywriting has several goals:

 • save more free space of the interface without taking up long texts;

 • using text to simplify the navigation for the user;

 • using text to increase conversions.

5. Social media widgets

Integration of social media widgets on the site allows you to achieve several goals:

 • build confidence in the brand;

 • build an audience through multichannel;

 • simplify interaction with customers, since everyone chooses a convenient shopping channel for themselves.
